The meeting of Andy + Alex in 2003

In September 2003, in a sophomore class at an applied arts high school in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, Andy and Alexandre met without knowing that their friendship would give birth, 15 years later, to Studio Boam.

2003: A meeting that would make history

After obtaining their baccalaureate, Andy turned to industrial design and Alexandre to graphic design. A temporary separation that allowed them to develop their respective expertise. Andy Migevant completed his studies in Montreal, while Alexandre Arzuman trained in Dutch design in Amsterdam in 2011.

Andy began his career as a product designer in renowned agencies, including Patrick Jouin's, where he collaborated on high-end projects such as the Plaza Athénée and Alain Ducasse's restaurant. Meanwhile, Alexandre, back in France, ventured into entrepreneurship, supporting various clients (banks, restaurants, food brands, law firms, etc.) in creating their visual identities and brand images.

The birth of the duo

In 2016, while living together as roommates, Andy and Alexandre decided to combine their talents to explore a field they were passionate about: design in the world of wines and spirits. A sector undergoing transformation, but one that, in their view, still lacked bold creativity and visual refinement.

They began to gain recognition by revisiting the identity of several brands, including Dzama and MG Heucq. The creative projects they signed multiplied and stood out. Studio Boam was not yet officially born, but the duo's imprint was already making its mark

The rise of Studio Boam

In 2019, the now well-known brand Bacanha called on them to redefine its identity. This partnership marked a turning point for Studio Boam: Bacanha's success went hand in hand with the agency's growing reputation. From then on, numerous renowned brands, such as Alain Milliat, Warenghem, Combier, Fisselier, and Rhum Shakara, sought the studio's services.

Today, Studio Boam is a team of about ten passionate individuals who uphold excellence and creativity across a variety of projects: visual identity, photography, video, website design, social media management, and retail design. Thanks to this synergy of talents, Studio Boam continues to push the boundaries of design to elevate the world of wines and spirits.
